What we do
Field service software is confusing to price and compare. Vendors bury per-seat fees, user caps and job limits behind "contact sales" buttons. FieldServiceFinder cuts through that: we compare the leading tools side by side, publish the pricing we can actually verify, and give an honest, decision-focused verdict on each one — including who a tool is not right for.
How we research
- Pricing is verified at the source. We take prices from each vendor's own pricing page. When a vendor hides pricing behind a quote (Workiz, FieldPulse, ServiceTitan), we say so plainly and label third-party estimates as estimates.
- Ratings reflect real user sentiment. Our star ratings are anchored to aggregate scores from established review platforms, not our own opinion.
- We check dates. Software pricing changes often. Each tool notes when we last verified it, and we re-check periodically.
- Verdicts are editorial. Rankings and "best for" calls are our own reasoned assessment of fit — not paid placements.
How we stay independent
Some links on FieldServiceFinder are affiliate links: if you sign up for a tool through us, we may earn a referral fee at no extra cost to you. That funding never changes our rankings or what we write. A tool cannot pay to rank higher, and we recommend tools that have no affiliate program at all when they're the right fit.
